Billionaire Donald Trump to build elite houses in Georgia

American billionaire Donald Trump will build houses for most prosperous people of Georgia.

According to his representative Michael Cohen, it will be a skyscraper with 200 apartments, gyms, securities and concierge service. According to his story, Georgia has plenty of millionaires, but they live in houses, which do not reflect their opportunities.

Under Mr Cohen's explanations, now they study the market and choose the site - in Tbilisi or Batumi. "These apartments are not for everyone," the "Business-Georgia" quotes him as saying.

Back in April this year, when President of Georgia Mikhail Saakashvili visited the USA, Donald Trump met him to discuss the business climate and reforms in Georgia. Then, the billionaire was seriously interested in the real estate market of the country, the "Eurasia.net" reports.
