Rudnik Dudayev has accused Russian military of illegal arrests and abductions of people

The Secretary of the Security Council of Chechnya Rudnik Dudayev accused the Russian military of illegal arrests and abductions of people. Speaking in Grozny on April 24 he reported 251 people were illegally detained and abducted in Chechnya since the beginning of the year, overwhelming majority of them were law-abiding citizens. Dudayev underlined that actions of the Russian military bring to nothing all efforts directed to attain stability in Chechnya.
