Supreme Court of Kabardino-Balkaria extends arrest of defendants in Nalchik attack case

Today, at the hearings on the case of the attack on Nalchik on October 13, 2005, the court prolonged the detention of 55 defendants for another three months. The court also questioned four victims on the incident of the attack on the border guard unit in Nalchik.

At today's court session, the previous court decision to change the pre-trial restrictions for three defendants Kazbek Budtuev, Zalim Ulimbashev, and Sergey Kaziev on their recognizance not to leave was left unchanged.

Besides, the victims were interrogated at the court session.
