On December 16, 2003, Judge of the Anapa City Court V. V. Lantukh made a decision to deport Lufty M. Muradov, 1952, and Ridvan L. Muradov, 1972, from the Russian Federation. They are both Turks-Meskhetians, citizens of the former USSR who were forced to leave the Uzbek SSR for the RSFSR (Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic) in 1989. They have permanently resided in the village of Svet, Krasnodar Territory's Krimsky district. The materials of the administrative case were considered in the absence of the men called to account. They had not been even notified of the time and place of their consideration. The Muradovs have turned to a lawyer of the Krimsky Advise Center. An appeal to the regional court has been prepared.
