Militants fired at government buildings in Grozny
On Monday morning, January 12, militants fired at the complex of government buildings in Grozny with a grenade-launcher, a source at the press service of Chechnya's president reported.
"The fire attack was launched at 10.45 Moscow time. Unknown people fired twice with an underbarrel grenade-launcher at the complex of buildings of the republican government", the press service representative specified.
According to him, two staffers of the Emergency Situations Ministry of Chechnya were hurt. They were hospitalized.
"An operational group has now gone to the Karpinsky Burial Mound area whence the fire attack was presumably made. Measures to detain the militants are being taken", the press service official noted.
