Child hurt in Makhachkala by trap mine explosion

Today in Makhachkala, the capital of Dagestan, an explosion happened in Gagarin Street, which wounded a 12-year-old boy.

According to the MIA of Dagestan, a package that the child picked up from the ground blew up in his hands. The suspicious object was placed on the roadside.

A man who was passing by with the boy asked him to take the bag and drop it into the garbage bin. When the boy picked up the package, it blew up, the RIA "Novosti" reports.

According to preliminary data, a grenade with pulled-out joint pin was in the package. In fact, it was a trap mine, the "Interfax" reports.
