It is not time to bring up question of granting pardon to people arrested in connection with October 15 and 16 events
Chief of the president's staff section to work with law-enforcement agencies Fuad Alekserov told journalists about it. "First of all, they are to stand trial. So far, the investigation against 40 people has been completed, their cases have already been brought into court. As for the others, their cases will also be brought into court soon. They can appeal to the President after the judicial inquiry is over. The head of the state will decided whether to pardon them or not," said the official.
