250 families in Ingushetia who had decrepit dwellings received new flats

On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Republic of Ingushetia 250 families received new flats in the houses built within the program of citizens’ resettlement from the housing stock under the threat of collapse.

Five apartment houses were commissioned on June, 3, in the settlement of Yandar. “Today, thanks to the aid of federal center, the state made a good present to us on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Ingushetia”, Head of the Republic Yunus-Bek Evkurov said and called for the citizens to create homeowners associations, observe cleanness and order inside the houses and courtyards.

Then Head of Ingushetia and Prime Minister Musa Chiliev handed the keys of the flats to their owners. The first to become tenant of a new house was Yandare Khajibikar Mankiev aged 62, handicapped person from birth. 250 families all in all became owners of new flats, official web-site of the Republic of Ingushetia reports.

Construction of a kindergarten, a polyclinic and a gym is planned in the settlement in 2013. According to Evkurov, economy class houses will also be built here, first of all, for the young families.
