Ella Pamfilova: Chechen refugees in Ingushetia are under psychological pressure

Chechen refugees living in the tent camps on the territory of Ingushetia are subjected to psychological pressure from authorities, which try to force them back to Chechnya, Ella Pamfilova, chairwoman of the presidential commission on human rights, said at a press conference in Moscow on February 10. According to her, unidentified people have threatened refugees with FSB (Federal Security Service) if they refuse to leave tent camps within two weeks.
