British Foreign Office recommends British citizens not to travel to NCFD

The British Foreign Office recommended British citizens not to go in the near future to Chechnya, Ingushetia, and Dagestan, and some Districts of the Stavropol Territory because of high terrorist activity.

"The Foreign Office recommends postponing travels to Chechnya, Ingushetia, and Dagestan, and Budennovsk, Levokumskoe, Neftekumsk, Stepnoe and Kursk Districts of the Stavropol Territory," the Foreign Office reports.

The British Foreign Office also recommends postponing all trips to North Ossetia, Karachay-Cherkessia, and Kabardino-Balkaria, except urgent trips, the website of the British Foreign Office reports.

"In those areas, there is a high risk of terrorist activity," the RIA "Novosti" quotes the British Foreign Office as reporting.
