Patient kidnapped from hospital in Volgograd found
A patient of the Volgograd hospital kidnapped this morning was found by law enforcement agents in the house of his father. According to the patient's story, kidnappers released him, since they realized that they had kidnapped the wrong person. This was reported by the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF).
The "Caucasian Knot" has informed that at about 10:00 a.m., a group of unidentified persons came to the house of 22-year-old patient of the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery. They hit the young man in his face and drove him away to some unknown destination.
The kidnapped young man has reported that he was taken to the Krasnoarmeisk District of Volgograd. There, the kidnappers had a conversation with him, and, apparently, they realized they made a mistake and released him. This was reported by the message on the website of the Investigating Department of the ICRF for the Volgograd Region.
The young man also spoke of the circumstances of his hospitalization. According to his story, in the evening of May 27, he arrived by a route taxi to his acquaintance to the Krasnoarmeisk District. When he got out of the route taxi, someone shot at him from a traumatic pistol and wounded the bridge of his nose.
The young man did not file a complaint to the police and immediately went to the hospital. He was receiving the medical treatment at the Kirov City Clinical Hospital No. 1 of Volgograd, the RIA "Novosti" reports.
