Ramzan Kadyrov's statements regarding football referee to be assessed under criminal law, bloggers believe
If Ramzan Kadyrov were the football referee, who had beaten in Grozny the football player from Perm, he could kill the football player. This was told by the Chechen leader himself at the meeting with journalists. Bloggers and commentators believe that such statements not only fall under the provisions of the Criminal Code, but they also indicate the global crisis in the vertical power of the Russian Federation.
Musa Kadyrov, the football referee who beat Ilya Krichmar, a football player from the "Amkar" FC from Perm, "did the right thing". This was stated by Ramzan Kadyrov, the leader of Chechnya, at the meeting with journalists held on May 27, the "RBC" reports.
"Our football referee beat the football player. He broke the law; however he did the right thing. Perhaps, I would kill him (Ilya Krichmar) for such an insult... It would be a violation of the law I would be jailed. However, we have such traditions and customs," the "Sport-Express" quotes Ramzan Kadyrov as saying.
The Ramzan Kadyrov's statements fall under Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Inciting hatred or enmity and humiliation of human dignity". This was written by a commentator of the "RBC" with the nickname "Prokuror" (Prosecutor).
The commentator reminds the readers that such actions imply a fine in the amount of 100,000-300,000 roubles or in the amount of the wage or other income of a guilty person for a period of one to two years, or deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years, or compulsory works for a period of up to 180 hours, or correctional labour for a period of up to one year, or imprisonment for a period of up to two years.
Bloggers believe that Ramzan Kadyrov's statements prove the laws of the Russian Federation are not valid in the republic.
