State official loses to Business Express weekly
On March 25, the court of first instance of Yerevan's Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Communes rejected the suit of Artashes Bakhshian, a member of the Armenian State Commission on Protection of Economic Competition, versus the Business Express weekly.
The plaintiff demanded that the editorial staff republish his interview with the weekly since the content of the latter, in his opinion, was distorted as a result of editorial interference.
