After Khodorkovsky's reaction to terror attack in Paris, Kadyrov declares former Yukos boss his personal enemy
The calls of Mikhail Khodorkovsky, the former head of the Yukos oil company, to publish Prophet Muhammad Cartoons in response to the terror attack at the editorial board of the French satirical weekly "Charlie Hebdo", make him an enemy of all Muslims, the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov said today.
On January 7, the "Charlie Hebdo" office was attacked in Paris; 12 people were killed and 11 others were wounded. Today, many countries held commemoration rallies of the victims of the tragedy.
After the terror attack in Paris, Mikhail Khodorkovsky said that mass media should respond to the terrorist act by reprinting the cartoons on Muhammad.
Today, Ramzan Kadyrov has sharply criticized the Khodorkovsky's statement, blaming him as an enemy of all Muslims and his personal enemy. "By his mindless actions, Khodorkovsky has put a cross on himself; he declared himself to be an enemy of all Muslims in the world; therefore, my personal enemy," the head of Chechnya wrote in his Instagram.
A similar criticism of Khodorkovsky was expressed by Dukuvakha Abdurakhmanov, the Chairman of the Chechen Parliament.
