Relatives Dagestani native Magomed Aliev cannot find him

For the fourth day, family members and advocates of Magomed Aliev, a student of the Stavropol University, accused of promoting terrorism, cannot reveal his whereabouts.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Magomed Aliev, a native of Dagestan, was detained on November 21, 2014, on suspicion of recruiting mercenaries to Syria. On November 27, 2014, the young man was transferred from SIZO (pre-trial prison) to a city hospital, where doctors removed a ballpoint pen from his eye.

According to Djamilya Ibragimova, a sister of Magomed Aliev, his family members try to reveal his whereabouts starting from January 10. According to the woman, it "makes no sense" to address an investigator with the question of the whereabouts of Magomed Aliev.

In her turn, Olga Kamilova, an advocate of Magomed Aliev, has reported that she received an official confirmation that her client was not in Georgievsk and Pyatigorsk.

According to Nikolai Borisenko, the Chairman of the Public Monitoring Commission (PMC) for the Stavropol Territory, at present, Magomed Aliev is being kept at the SIZO No. 1 of Stavropol.
