Advocate finds Magomed Aliev in Stavropol SIZO
The whereabouts of Magomed Aliev, a student of the Stavropol Medical Academy, accused of promoting terrorism, has been revealed: he is being kept at the SIZO (pre-trial prison) No. 1 of Stavropol. This was reported by advocate Olga Kamilova.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Magomed Aliev, a student of the Stavropol Medical Academy, a native of Dagestan, was detained on November 21, 2014, on suspicion of recruiting mercenaries to Syria. On November 27, 2014, the young man was transferred from SIZO to a city hospital, where doctors removed a ballpoint pen from his eye.
According to the advocate, the health state of Magomed Aliev is unsatisfactory.
"During all that time, he received no medical care, and only now, he is given medicines at the SIZO No. 1," Olga Kamilova has reported.
The advocate has announced her intention to "file a complaint about the actions of the Chairman of the District Court of Stavropol," who "refused to consider a motion for annulment of the pre-trial restriction measure."
