Health condition of Magomed Aushev, residents of Ingushetia, remains grave, said his advocate
Magomed Aushev, who was detained in Ingushetia on suspicion of shooting at the wedding party, and who was hospitalized after interrogations, is at home; his condition is still grave.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on December 20, 2014, Magomed Aushev, a resident of the village of Ekazhevo, was detained on suspicion of shooting from a wedding convoy. After detention Aushev was tortured, his brother said. During the court session on December 22, 2014, the defendant lost consciousness and in grave condition was hospitalized. January 30, he was released under recognizance not to leave.
Toma Tsechoeva, an Aushev's defender, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that her client's freedom restriction measure was changed not in the judicial order, but by the decision of the investigator of the Investigating Committee of the Nazran District of Ingushetia.
According to her version, this was made possible after the case acquired considerable resonance and was taken under the personal control by the head of Ingushetia.
During Magomed's stay at home, ambulance was twice called to him, said his brother Murad Aushev.
"They've made an invalid out of a 25-year-old guy... And we'll insist that those who had committed this outrage be strictly punished under the law," said Akhmed-Bashir Aushev, the Chairman of the Board of the Aushev Clan.
