Sochi City Assembly Chairman refuses to support deceived Olympic builders
Anatoly Lutsyk, the Chairman of the City Assembly of Sochi, has rejected the request of the builder Nikolai Belugin to organize a charity fundraising event in favour of defrauded builders of Olympic facilities.
Let us remind you that Nikolai Belugin had turned to the City Assembly Deputies of Sochi with a proposal to organize a fundraising charity event in favour of the builders of Olympic facilities, who failed to receive their salaries at the Open Joint-Stock Company (OJSC) "TO-44" and the Closed JSC "Sochistroytrans", which had been earlier owned by the today's Sochi MP Levan Goglidze.
Nikolai Belugin received a Chairman's answer on January 31. Anatoly Lutsyk, in particular, recommended the builder and his deceived colleagues to go to court.
Nikolai Belugin has treated the response as a "runaround". According to his story, collection of money through the court is impossible, since the above companies, earlier owned by the above MP, went bankrupt.
