Artak Khachatryan's brother associates attack on Artak with his social-political activities
Artyom Khachatryan, Artak's brother, believes that Artak was beaten up because of his social and political activities, in particular, of his active participation in protests against the amendments to the Law "On Turnover Tax", said Artyom. Naira Zograbyan, the secretary of the faction of the "Prosperous Armenia", believes that the attack was possible, because of the atmosphere of impunity in the country.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that today Artak Khachatryan was kidnapped by unidentified men in masks. They beat him up and then disappeared.
Naira Zograbyan believes that the police should check all the versions of the incident, including the of relatives' assumption that the beating had to do with his social and political activities.
Let us remind you that about 50 entrepreneurs held a rally in support of Artak Khachatryan, an active opponent to the amendments to the Law "On Turnover Tax".
