Moscow court upholds ban to Dzhemilev to enter Russia
The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports that at today's court session, Dzhemilev's defence petitioned about a temporary lift of the ban to make it possible for Dzhemilev to come to Russia "to personally take part in defending his interests."
Mark Feigin, one of the advocates, said that his client was deprived of the opportunity to attend the court sessions and defend his interests in person.
Earlier, it was also reported that Khaiser Dzhemilev, Mustafa's son, was tried in Krasnodar. Khaiser is accused of a murder committed of hooliganism; he figures as a defendant in the murder on May 27, 2013, of the 44-year-old Fevzi Edemov, whom he shot dead, according to investigators, from his father's rifle
