Migration service hampers distribution of humanitarian aid in refugee camps
A few days ago, workers of the humanitarian organization Islamic Relief delivered foodstuff to the tent camp for Chechen refugees Satsita, situated on the outskirts of the Ordzhonikidzevskaya village, Ingushetia's Sunzha district. However, migration service officials did not allow to distribute the humanitarian aid in the camp. Members of the Public Council for Refugees report that the distribution of the foodstuff was organized at the Russian Emergencies Ministry's warehouses in Ordzhonikidzevskaya. People had to pay for cars to convey the humanitarian aid to the camp. Satsita inhabitants hold that the illegal actions of the migration service officials are one of the ways to put pressure on the refugees.
