Resident of Vladikavkaz detained on charge of wounding Roland Pliev

A 37-year-old resident of Vladikavkaz has been detained in the case of a wound inflicted to Roland Pliev. The detainee has voluntarily confessed that he opened fire on the policeman of personal animosity. This was reported by the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF).

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that today, a cousin of Vladimir Tskaev, who died after the interrogation at the police station in Vladikavkaz, has reported that their neighbour confessed to the attack on Roland Pliev, an OMON (riot police) fighter, and surrendered.

On November 17, the police detained a 37-year-old resident of Vladikavkaz, who voluntarily came to investigator and made a confession, stating that he was involved in an incident with shooting on October 31.

On that day, according to the investigators, being near one of the houses in Vaso Abaev Street in Vladikavkaz, an unidentified person fired several shots from a firearm on a local resident and wounded him in his abdomen. In connection with the incident, a criminal case was instituted for infliction of grievous bodily harm. Vladimir Tskaev was detained on suspicion of committing the crime.

The detainee has reported that he was shooting of personal animosity. Meanwhile, he voluntarily surrendered a pistol a crime instrument and described all the details of the incident, reports the website of the ICRF's Department for North Ossetia.

Let us remind you that three policemen are suspected of involvement in the death of Vladimir Tskaev. They have pleaded not guilty.
