Dagestani journalists see no sense in Ramzan Kadyrov's support of Sagid Murtazaliev

The dismissal from office of Sagid Murtazaliev, Chief of the Dagestani Office of the Russian Pension Fund, proves that his support from Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has appeared to be ineffective. This was stated by Gadjimurad Sagitov, the editor-in-chief of the "Novoe Delo". According to Mairbek Agaev, the editor-in-chief of the "Chernovik" (Draft), some law enforcers, who treat Ramzan Kadyrov as their opponent, stand against Sagid Murtazaliev.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 12, Sagid Murtazaliev was dismissed from his post of the Chief of the Dagestani Office of the Russian Pension Fund, and his whereabouts is officially unknown.

The criminal proceedings against Sagid Murtazaliev were a signal given to Ramzan Kadyrov by law enforcers. This opinion was expressed by experts, interviewed by the "Caucasian Knot". The Chechen leader used to call Sagid Murtazaliev a "brother".

According to Gadjimurad Sagitov, the editor-in-chief of the "Novoe Delo", Sagid Murtazaliev hardly faces the fate of Said Amirov, the former Mayor of Makhachkala, who in August 2015 was sentenced to life imprisonment.

Gadjimurad Sagitov explains the fact that Sagid Murtazaliev has not yet been detained by "some bonuses provided by Ramzan Kadyrov."

By the fact, the dismissal of Sagid Murtazaliev from office cannot be treated as unexpected, and it will hardly produce any particular effect, states Mairbek Agaev, the editor-in-chief of the "Chernovik".
