Sochi picketers demand to dismiss bosses of court marshals' service
At the picket in Sochi, townspeople told that cases of non-fulfilment of court judgements have become widespread; while the violations established by courts in the work of court marshals are not eliminated. A resolution of the picket demanding an intervention of the authorities and the prosecutor's office was sent to the Russian President, General Prosecutor's Office and the leadership of the Federal Service of Court Marshals.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the action demanding to check the work of court marshals was held on August 6 and was attended by about 30 people.
Vasily Zhuravlyov, a 66-year-old pensioner, said that in 2013, as a result of illegitimate actions of officials, lost his house, built on the land plot owned by him. At demolition of his house, he lost his belongings.
The "Caucasian Knot" has told the story of demolition of the house of pensioners Lyubov Berchanova and her husband Vasily Zhuravlyov, which was built on the land plot belonging to them in the village of Ordynka. In the place of the demolished house the spouses erected a monument to corruption.
Lyudmila Savelieva, an Olympic resettler, and her family members told that for three years they cannot achieve from court marshals to enforce the court judgement, obliging the city Mayoralty to register the family as the one in need of housing.
Many picketers complained about illegal withdrawal of funds from their bank accounts, and they cannot achieve the return thereof.
