The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 20, in Makhachkala, law enforcers carried out a search at the office of the "Nadezhda" Foundation. The law enforcers seized documents and PCs from the NGO. According to the search warrant, presented by the law enforcers, Timur Gadjizharaev, the leader of the Foundation, has violated tax and administrative laws, as well as the law on NGOs. Moreover, according to the law enforcers, PCs of the NGO were operated on illegal software. According to Timur Gadjizharaev, after search, the activities of the NGO were paralyzed.
Despite the fact that the seized PCs have not yet returned to the "Nadezhda" Foundation resumed its activities since October 25, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told by Timur Gadjizharaev.
According to him, after the PCs were seized from the office on October 20, the NGO's activities were disrupted, since the PCs contained the information about all people who addressed the activists for help. The situation was saved by the fact that the information is duplicated on the server, which is the common base for several charity foundations in Dagestan, noted Timur Gadjizharaev.
