According to Galina Gagalayeva, Senior PR Assistant to the chief of the ICRF's Department for the Rostov Region, the suspects have confessed that they decided to take the boy and bring him up, since they liked him. That is why they used a can to spray gas in the face of the child's grandmother.

The consideration of the question concerning the pre-trial restriction measure against the suspects in the form of detention in custody is underway," reports Galina Gagalayeva as quoted by the "161.ru".
