At a meeting of chiefs of law enforcement agencies of Chechnya and Dagestan, the ministers of internal affairs of the two republics, Ruslan Alkhanov and Adilgerei Magomedtagirov, arranged for prior notices about all operations in border areas, Regnum news agency says.
