New attack in Dagestan
A KamAZ truck of the 136th motorised brigade of the Russian Defence Ministry triggered a homemade explosive device in Buinaksk today, a source with Dagestan's law enforcement agencies says. The detonation did not result in anyone wounded or killed though, according to the source.
The interlocutor specified an examination of the scene established the explosive device had been filled with a great number of various metal items. "The rebels planted the charge unprofessionally, so the explosion was directed away from the truck, which helped avoid casualties," he told Interfax.
