On November 6-12, there were no victims of armed conflict in Northern Caucasus
During the week of November 6-12, 2017, no casualties or victims were recorded in the armed conflict in Northern Caucasus. These are the results of the calculations run by the "Caucasian Knot" based on their own materials and information from other open sources.
Special and counterterrorist operations
On November 6, law enforcers conducted raids in the city of Karabulak; armoured vehicles appeared in city streets. Policemen visited every house and checked people's passports. The house owners had to show also their car documents. According to an Ingush law enforcement source, "searches were held to search for helpers of the militants who had attacked on the eve the road-and-patrol (DPS) post in the vicinity of the village of Yandare." According to his story, "there are no detainees yet."
On November 7, the counterterrorism operation (CTO) regime was cancelled in the villages of Yandare and Ekazhevo. Law enforcers lifted the restrictions imposed in the villages after the militants' attack on the above DPS post.
