The agreement was signed by Edward Nalbandyan, the Armenian Foreign Minister, and Federica Mogherini, the EU's High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, in the presence of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and the Chairman of the European Council Donald Tusk.
The agreement presupposes close cooperation in the spheres of transport, energy, migration, businesses, investments and trade, Ms Mogherini stated after the signing.
