Residents of Dagestan associate searches in Novostroy with migrants' problems

The confiscation of documents from the administration building of the Novolak District located in the dwelling settlement of Novostroy was carried out by law enforcers, who arrived in several service cars accompanied by a military Ural truck; there were people in civilian clothes among them, Novostroy residents told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

According to sources, the confiscation "had to do with land issues" and was held in the administration of Novo-Churtakh village, which belongs to Novostroy, and in the clients' division of the gas service, which is located in the building of the district administration.

The investigative actions are allegedly associated with the resettlement of residents of the Novolak District. Law enforcers are interested in the activities of the company, which was engaged in building houses for migrants; the company's office is located in the building of the district administration, the edition named "Kavkaz.Realii" reports.

"The confiscation of documents has to do with the spending of funds and construction of houses for migrants," another edition – the "Youth of Dagestan" – quotes its source as saying.
