KBR resident explains his disappearance

Rashid Pugoev, a resident of the dwelling settlement of Prokhladny, could not contact his family, because he lost his phone during his departure to another region, the police have stated.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Pugoev left his house on September 19 and disappeared. On September 26, Pugoev's parents reported that he had come back, but did not tell where he was. According to Pugoev's mother, her son was beaten up.

His parents were especially concerned because Pugoev disappeared during the riots in Kendelen. According to activists, after the clashes, 45 people were hospitalized, and 120 others were detained.

According to Pugoev, on September 19, he went to the neighbouring republic to visit his friends and lost his mobile phone there; therefore, he could not inform his relatives about his whereabouts.
