Astrakhan resident apologies publicly for pistol shooting

The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has posted a video in which a resident of Astrakhan made a public apology to townspeople for firing a traumatic pistol when leaving a cafe with his friends.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that analysts had noted that law enforcers should not force people to make public apologies for committing certain violations. Analysts have added that according to the law policemen cannot force people to say anything on camera.

The MIA's page for the Astrakhan Region in the "VKontakte" social network reports that on September 26, an unknown person, while leaving a cafe in Astrakhan, in the company of his friends, fired several times into the air from a traumatic pistol. The violators resisted the police. Five of them were charged with disobeying the police, another one – with hooliganism. They face arrest for up to 15 days.

Let us remind you that on September 14, law enforcers brought two drivers to administrative punishment for drifting at night in Astrakhan streets, and then recorded a video in which they publicly apologized to townspeople for disturbing the public order.
