CTO legal regime lifted in two districts of Dagestan

Today, an official from the operational headquarters of the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) in Dagestan has reported that law enforcers completed special operations in the Buynaksk and Kumtorkala Districts.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 27, the CTO legal regime was introduced in the Buynaksk and Kumtorkala Districts of Dagestan. On the other day, the NAC reported that law enforcers killed in a shootout a suspected militant, a 26-year-old resident of the Endirei village in the Khasavyurt District.

The CTO legal regime has been lifted in a separate area of the territory in the Buynaksk and Kumtorkala Districts of Dagestan, the "Interfax" reports today with reference to an official from the NAC's operational headquarters in Dagestan.

"At 10:00 a.m. Moscow time, the CTO legal regime was lifted in connection with the completion of all operational activities," the TASS quotes the NAC's official as reporting.
