Stavropol law enforcers report detention of IS* supporter

A native of Dagestan, suspected of plotting terror acts in the Stavropol Territory, has been detained, the FSB has stated today.

"A native of Dagestan, who had sworn to the Islamic State*, and planned to commit terror acts, has been detained. A criminal case was opened," said the spokesman of the FSB Department for the Stavropol Territory.

According to the source, at detention, a flag with terrorists' symbols and religious literature were found, the "Interfax" has added today.

The news footage posted by the "Stavropolye" TV Company on the YouTube shows the oath that the young man brings to the IS* leader. An operative record is also posted showing an IS* flag, stretched on the couch.

The investigating division of the territorial FSB branch has initiated a criminal case, the TV Company says in its website.
