Father of killed Chechen resident damns him for attacking policemen
Alkhazur Barzaev, a resident of Chechnya, has publicly repudiated his son, who was killed in the attack on policemen in Grozny. The casualty's relatives have also damned him on the air of the Chechen television.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the attack on policemen was committed on June 23 in the Leninsky District of Grozny. According to the Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), a resident of the republic Akhmed Barzaev, born in 1997, attacked the policemen. The "Islamic State" (IS), an organization recognized as terrorist and banned by a court in Russia, declared that the attacker was its militant. Two policemen were wounded in the attack.
Today, a story with speeches of relatives of the murdered Akhmed Barzaev was shown by the ChGTRK (Chechen State TV and Radio Company) "Grozny".
Alkhazur Barzaev, the casualty's father, has publicly damned his son on air and declared his commitment to "the way of Akhmat-Khadji Kadyrov."
Barzaev has appealed to his compatriots asking to forgive him for his son and urged all residents of Chechnya to closely monitor their children.
Other relatives of the murdered Akhmed Barzaev also appeared on the TV. They publicly cursed their relative and others "like him", says the message of the Telegram-channel of the ChGTRK "Grozny".
