Resident of Karachay-Cherkessia claims ill-treatment of children in kindergarten
A kindergarten teacher beat children, claimed a resident of the village of Imeni Kosta Khetagurova, who handed over an audio record to the law enforcement bodies.
The resident of the Imeni Kosta Khetagurova village used his child's smartwatch to record on audio a scene of ill-treatment of children in the kindergarten, reports the Instagram public account "ChP in Karachay-Cherkessia". The post explains that the words: "Ma sennge, ma sennge!" accompanied with the sounds of slaps on the audio record mean: "Take that, take that." "The child was beaten regularly, but his parents could not prove the facts of ill-treatment," the author of the Instagram post noted.
A child's cry on the audio record is followed by an explanation. A male voice reports that the material was handed over to officials from the Education Department and the law enforcement bodies.
Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" has repeatedly reported about cases of child ill-treatment in other regions of Southern Russia. So, in August 2018, social networks disseminated a video showing children tied in their beds in a private kindergarten in Astrakhan. The operation of the kindergarten was suspended, and in October 2019, both owners of the kindergarten were sentenced to four years of imprisonment in a penal colony.
