Instructions by Kadyrov's adviser trigger irritation in social networks
The appeal of Adam Delimkhanov, the adviser to the head of Chechnya, not to commit offenses outside the republic is formulated humiliatingly towards local residents, social network users have pointed out.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Chechen authorities forced about a hundred natives of Chechnya to return from Moscow; law enforcers called them drug addicts and delinquents. The young people have publicly repented.
"We're sick and tired of their instructions! These people have their fathers and mothers who instruct them," the user kerimova__luiza wrote on the Instagram.
The user charto_vu.so has urged officials not to humiliate offenders.
"He openly provokes the youth. If you are men, try to break something somewhere. This is not the way reprimands are made," Roza, a local resident, believes.
Delimkhanov's words show his disrespectful attitude towards people, residents of Chechnya assert. "Our officials treat themselves as almighty arbiters of the fate of republic's residents, and clearly put themselves above others. This causes no other feelings but hostility," Israil said.
