New fights involving Kadyrov's children announced in Chechnya

Boxing fights of four Ramzan Kadyrov's sons are scheduled for September 3, despite the Kremlin's criticism of the earlier children's fights, as well as by the children's ombudsperson and the Russian Sport Ministry.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Ramzan Kadyrov's sons had taken part in fights. Thus, on August 16, 2018, the professional kickboxing championship in Grozny ended with a duel of Adam Kadyrov with a kickboxer from the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR). After his son's victory, Ramzan Kadyrov paid 100,000 roubles to the 11-year-old kickboxer from the KBR as compensation for his loss.

The "Akhmat" Promotion Company has scheduled the fifth professional boxing tournament in memory of Akhmat Kadyrov "Time of Legends" for September 3 in Grozny, the "Chechnya Today" News Agency has reported. "The demonstration fights under the rules of amateur boxing with the participation of the major stars of the 'Akhmat' Republic's Sports Club, Akhmad, Eli, Adam, Abubakar Kadyrov and Minkail Usmanov, will the tournament's decoration," the publication says.

Earlier, children's fights in Chechnya caused a great public outcry. The Russian Sport Ministry demanded to stop the mixed martial arts (MMA) children's tournaments.
