Azerbaijan reports artillery shelling in four districts

Today, the positions of Azerbaijani troops in four districts have been fired from artillery weapons; at night the fire in the Karabakh conflict zone was conducted, among other weapons, from missile launchers, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD) has reported.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in the morning on October 26, a new agreement on a humanitarian truce in the Karabakh conflict zone entered into force, but already during the first hours after, the parties exchanged accusations of violating the truce.

Starting from 7:35 a.m. local time, the territories of the Goranboy, Terter, Agdam and Agdjabedi Districts were exposed to artillery shelling, the Azerbaijani MoD said in the message received today by the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

Last night, positions of Azerbaijani troops continued to be shelled, the MoD has noted in another press release. "At night on October 30, units of the Armenian Armed Forces shelled from various types of weapons, including missiles and artillery, the positions of units of the Azerbaijani Army and dwelling settlements in different directions of the front," said the press release.
