Parliament of North Ossetia refused to hear the alternative report on Beslan

The Parliamentarians of North Ossetia have discussed an appeal of the victims of Beslan terror act who asked the deputies to listen to Yuri Saveliev, a member of the federal parliamentary commission for investigating the terror act, who has drafted an alternative report.

The "Interfax" reports with a reference to Fatima Khabalova, head of the information-analytical centre of the parliament of North Ossetia, that the deputies are ready to listen to Mr. Saveliev's report, but only after they study the official report of the parliamentary commission prepared by the chair of the commission Alexander Torshin, vice-speaker of the Council of the Federation.

Earlier, the persons, who had suffered at the capture by terrorists of School No. 1 in Beslan, sent an open letter to the deputies of the parliament of North Ossetia asking them to listen to Mr. Saveliev, author of the alternative report on investigation into the terror act. The letter was signed by 145 terror act victims.
