A convoy arrived in the Kelbadjar District, accompanied by peacemakers and delivering construction materials to restore water and power supply systems, the Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) has informed today.

Now, Russian peacemakers have convoyed, across the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh, a column of 25 trucks to the Kelbadjar District, which brought over 180 tons of cargo, the Russian MoD has reported in its website today.
The humanitarian aid is intended for the restoration of power and water supply systems to social facilities and residential buildings. The cargo includes electrical equipment, reinforced concrete structures and building materials, the message says.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported earlier that on February 22, Russian peacemakers accompanied pilgrims to the Amaras Monastery located in Nagorno-Karabakh.
