Daudov agrees to discuss disputed lands with Ingush activists
Magomed Daudov, the speaker of the Chechen parliament, agreed with the proposal of the leaders of the Ingush movement “Mekhk-Kkhel” to discuss the issue of the disputed lands. The official pointed to Pyatigorsk as the meeting place.

On the evening of April 25, the Ingush movement “Mekhk-Kkhel” posted on its YouTube channel an appeal to Magomed Daudov, the speaker of the Chechen Parliament. Sirazhdin Sultygov and Musa Albogachiev, the co-chairs of the Ingush movement “Mekhk-Kkhel”, call on to meet and consider the arguments that the Chechen and Ingush sides bring in the dispute over the lands.
Today, Magomed Daudov has answered the appeal voiced by the co-chairs of the movement “Mekhk-Kkhel”.
The speaker of the Chechen parliament has emphasized that he “has repeatedly called to meet and discuss the issue.” “We were to sit down and discuss everything, like our ancestors used to discuss. Sirazhdin and Musa talk about their willingness to negotiate. I asked Ramzan, the son of Akhmat-Khadji, to permit the negotiations.
