Elene Khoshtariya's health condition worsens

Elene Khoshtariya, the leader of the oppositional "Droa" Party, who has been on a hunger strike for the tenth day, needed to be given a drip. She also agreed to take medication if necessary.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in the morning on November 3, Elene Khoshtariya, the leader of the oppositional "Droa" (means "It's Time") Party, went on a hunger strike right in the parliament building. She demands to transfer Mikhail Saakashvili, the third president of Georgia, to a civil hospital.

On the tenth day of her hunger strike, doctors applied a drip to Elene Khoshtariya due to a significant deterioration in her test results.

"Elene Khoshtariya agreed to take medications through a drip flask, which will address her critical health condition. However, she continues her hunger strike and drinks only water and coffee," Nino Goguadze, the spokeswoman for the "Droa" Party, told reporters.
