Peacemakers fix ceasefire violation in Nagorno-Karabakh
In Nagorno-Karabakh, a violation of the ceasefire regime by the Armenian party was recorded; there were no victims, the Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) has informed.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that incidents periodically occur in Nagorno-Karabakh. On April 15, the Russian MoD informed that in the vicinity of the dwelling settlement of Yarymdja in the Mardakert District of Karabakh, a violation of the contact line by Azerbaijan was recorded. After talks with Russian peacemakers, Azerbaijani militaries returned to their initial positions, the Nagorno-Karabakh headquarters has confirmed.
On April 17, the Russian MoD reported that one violation of the ceasefire regime by the Armenian party was recorded in the responsibility zone of the Russian peacemaking contingent.
It is also noted that over the past 24 hours, peacemakers escorted four columns of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces along the Lachin Corridor.
