Case details of Zaur Radjabov, Makhachkala resident, announced
The Leninsky District Court of Makhachkala has fined Zaur Radjabov, a local resident, by 30,000 roubles, recognizing that his posts in the Instagram* social network had discredited Russian militaries.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on February 26, it became known that the court had fined Radjabov after finding that his publication in the social network had discredited Russian militaries.
According to investigators, Zaur had placed several posts in the Instagram* social network. One of them contained a statement against the special military operation (SMO) in Ukraine; the second one contained a demand to return Russian troops to the places of their permanent deployment; and the third one contained criticism of the Russian President Vladimir Putin.
