Report of KBR head on payments to militaries raised questions among social network users

Kazbek Kokov, the head of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR), has reported that over 400 million roubles were sent to pay to the militaries taking part in the special military operation (SMO) in Ukraine. Some republic's residents fail to achieve the promised payments, Instagram* users have stated.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that last October, Mr Kokov promised compensations to the families who had spent their own money on equipping the mobilized men. Instagram* users treated the declared amounts as insufficient and demanded to provide all the mobilized persons with the due uniforms and decent monthly payments.

"We are doing and will do as much as necessary; we'll comprehensively support our guys," the KBR has stated, the "Interfax-South" writes.

However, some commentators on the Instagram* have stated that not all the militaries from the KBR receive the due payments.

"Where are these payments? My husband was mobilized and wounded. But the certificate that he received says nothing about the payments. How is it so? Is this fair?" the user digovaf has written, in particular.

"Nothing reaches them ... Even if it does, it is only to a few of them, but not to everyone who is there (in the SMO zone, – note of the "Caucasian Knot")," the user b_marianna88 has noted. "They don't receive money. The widow has been walking around offices with papers for the third month," the user gouache1993 has complained. "Wounded soldiers are walking around with a bunch of documents aiming to get what they are supposed to; but they receive nothing – these all are just words," the user sunshevazamira has concluded.
