Krasnodar resident Abramov receives order to return to SMO zone
Alexei Abramov, a resident of Krasnodar, who was mobilized despite his backbone hernia, has received a travel certificate from the command of his military unit in Dagestan to return to the special military operation (SMO) zone in Ukraine, his wife has informed.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that after returning from the SMO zone, Alexei Abramov was sent to Dagestan to undergo a medical examination. In August, it became known that the medical commission found him as partially fit for military service.
Due to his grave backbone disease and pains, while in the SMO zone, Abramov could not walk and wear a bulletproof vest, his wife Ksenia Abramova said back in November 2022. On December 15, 2022, the court dismissed Abramov's claim against his mobilization. Despite the documents confirming his disease, it was also not possible to achieve his transfer for service in the rear.
Alexei Abramov, who is now in a military unit in Buynaksk, has received a travel certificate prescribing him to appear at the SMO zone on September 2 "to perform special missions," his wife has informed, adding that in his unit, militaries are sent to the SMO zone promptly; and Alexei may be there in the very near future, the "93.ru" outlet has reported.
"He'll refuse; there're simply no other options. There, no one will care about his health," the outlet quotes Ksenia Abramova as saying.
