Fighter from Ingushetia complains to Putin about water and electricity problems in his village

Residents of the village of Nizhnie Achaluki suffer from absence of water electricity and gas supplies, but Ingush authorities only promise to address the problem, Murad Esmurziev, a fighter at the special military operation (SMO) in Ukraine, has stated in his video appeal to President Putin.

"This appeal is a forced step and our last hope," the fighter says in the video posted in the Telegram channel of the "Fortanga" outlet.

He has explained that in the village "large families live without electricity and water," including 11 families of SMO participants.

"We have been knocking on the doors of various bodies for nine years now in order to finally achieve the life-sustaining resources guaranteed by the Constitution. These are gas, water and electricity. We are already tired of their promises," the author of the appeal has stated.

The "Caucasian Knot" has also reported that SMO fighters from Dagestan are periodically appealing to Sergey Melikov, the head of the republic. Thus, on September 10, 2023, fighters from the village of Rubas, Derbent District, asked to build a kindergarten.

Authorities take the appeals of SMO fighters under their special control; therefore, fighters thereof are making use of this format to solve their families' problems, Magomed Magomedov, a deputy editor-in-chief of the "Chernovik" (Draft) Dagestani outlet.
