Adam Kadyrov entered into the Russian Book of Records

Adam Kadyrov, a son of the head of Chechnya, has been entered into the "Russian Book of Records" as the youngest head of the security service of the head of the Russian subject, the "Chechnya Today" News Agency. The new record-holder is 15.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 5, 2023, it became known that Adam Kadyrov, shortly before his 16th birthday, was appointed the head of the security division of the head of Chechnya.

This appointment poorly fits into the labour legislation for teenagers and emphasizes the hereditary principle of power-forming in Chechnya, lawyers and human rights defenders have noted. For Adam Kadyrov, this is a test of his ability to lead Chechnya after his father, they have suggested.

Let us remind you that on September 25, 2023, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, posted a video in which his son Adam beat up Nikita Zhuravel, accused within the case of burning the Koran, at the SIZO (pre-trial prison). The head of Chechnya then praised his son for this act. After this, Adam Kadyrov received the title of Hero of Chechnya and at least nine other state and public awards.
